[問題] 麵包放第二天就馬上變硬!!
我是麵包新手
最近才剛從蛋糕踏上了這條麵包不歸路....
做法完全都是按照"Carol自在生活"裡寫的
ㄧ開始只會用最簡單的基本法
到這幾天嚐試了中種法(起司蒜味麵包.蔥麵包)和冷藏中種法(地瓜肉鬆麵包)
中種法的成品確實比直接法柔軟的多
但我最大的問題是.......
麵包烤完當天吃都很柔軟 W~H~Y~什麼到了第二天馬上就變硬!!!
雖然沒有變很硬 但是跟第一天的口感有差!
這樣我隔天把麵包送給朋友吃的時候 就變的難吃了~~
那 W~H~Y~外面的麵包坊買回來的麵包有時候放很多天還是軟的呢???
(目前還沒有試過湯種 還是湯種可以解決這個問題呢?)
請好心的人幫幫我這個第二天想把柔軟麵包送出去的可憐人 :(
