[問題]對gluten-free(無麩質)食物有些疑問..
自己做餅乾和麵包也有一段時間了....常常會看到國外網站提供無麩質的食譜,
之前在國外念書時也看到好多強調gluten-free的食物,甚至後來還變成好萊塢
明星的減肥手段?
我滿好奇的....
台灣人的飲食習慣目前以米為主,但是隨著飲食西化,大家好像越來越愛吃麵包,
難道不會漸漸也對麵粉過敏嗎?那麵包和甜點要怎麼做到無麵粉?
我有遇過一位在台灣的媽媽,她小孩就是對麥麩過敏,麵包餅乾都不能吃,
那稻米應該就可以了吧?
不知道板上身邊是不是也有這樣的人,還是說這真的只是西方人的病
