[問題] 好長的磅蛋糕烤時及烤溫
因剛開始學烘培時不懂,買了一堆進口貴森森的烤模,
包括這個很長的磅蛋糕烤模,前陣子才發現拿出來用,

因為容積大,上次用上180下160烤很久,
想問一下像這樣是要拉長烤時好還是拉高烤溫好?
