[問題] 食譜單位換算一問
各位好,
小弟正想作司康
食譜如下
500g plain flour (plus extra for dusting)
2 rounded tsp baking powder
2 heaped tbsp of caster sugar
1 tsp salt
110g chopped cold unsalted butter
300ml whole milk
1 egg
想問其中
"rounded tsp"
和
"heaped tbsp"
tsp我曉得是一茶匙5g
tbsp則是一大匙15g
不過加上rounded和heaped,就不曉得實際重量如何了

說明了level就是平匙,rounded就是湯匙上一座小山,
heaped就是盡可能的用湯匙堆一座高山
小弟是烹飪新手,所以不敢任意更動食譜
想請教各位rounded,heaped代表的意思
