[問題] 塔皮跟內餡烘烤時間的問題
是這樣的小弟最近乳酪蛋糕底想要用塔皮,可是卻遇到標題這個問題。
看了很多食譜塔皮的烘烤時間幾乎都在20分鐘內,可是我以前做乳酪蛋糕至少都是烘烤
35~40分鐘那這樣塔皮不就燒焦了?
可是如果不烤這麼久乳酪餡裡面有蛋的成分,又怕會有禽流感=_=...
Help~~~~ Help~~~~~~
我可以一次做一大坨放在冰箱要用在拿出來擀嗎??可以保存幾天啊??
Ps.
水浴法水一定要到在烤盆嗎?
可不可以再烤模旁邊放杯水就好啦?不然每次錫箔紙都用超兇!
