
[問題] 重乳酪蛋糕脫模

如照片~
我是照小綠豆的食譜作的
180度烤60分
因為喜歡有上色的感覺所以沒蓋錫箔紙
結果竟然是表面有裂痕
冰過後還內縮
側邊則是照carol用扁平小刀劃一圈
結果醜醜的
無法像兩位的這麼漂亮
想請問重乳酪蛋糕要怎麼脫模才好看呢?
(有爬文看到可舖烘焙紙 但烘焙紙會乖乖延著邊邊圍一圈嗎?)
