[問題] 奶酪吃起來像布丁
材料如下:
砂糖45g
鮮奶500g
吉力丁粉8g(泡32g水)
做法:
1.將砂糖加入牛奶小火加熱攪拌至砂糖溶進去
2.將泡過水的吉力丁加入 攪拌至溶解
3.冷藏至隔天
做好的奶酪吃起來巷布丁的口感=w=
滑滑軟軟 而不是外面賣的那種綿密感
請問各位大大 我的材料跟步驟哪裡要修改嗎?
