[問題] 怎麼使蛋糕更柔軟些?
我這幾天做好的雞蛋糕都長這樣,
原料
全蛋*3 (打發時間為30分鐘)
低筋100g
白糖100g
沙拉油30g
烤溫為160度40分鐘

吃起來很紮實,
顏色很深,
吃起來ㄧ點都不像蛋糕店
膨鬆、柔軟,的感覺,
如果想要讓它柔軟些,
我該怎麼調整呢?謝謝:)
