[問題] 法式塔模跟慕絲圈作塔皮的差別在哪裡?
想要做小尺寸的甜塔
一般的慕絲圈

兩者捏出來的塔皮成品是否有差別
有先用小慕絲圈試捏出塔皮,覺得也很OK
法式塔模看起來只是比較厚,但是價錢貴了好幾倍
要先買約20個,堆起來也差蠻多錢的
請教板友有使用經驗嗎?
