[問題] 麻油雞跟料理米酒
我住的地方只能買到紅標的料理米酒,
但是因為今天很想吃麻油雞,
所以就用這個米酒跟水用一比一的比例煮了麻油雞。
吃的時候發現料理米就有一些鹹味,
好處是我不用再放鹽調味,
壞處是煮出來一點都不甜,
我真的很懷念那種酒蒸發掉的甜味,
甚至不用加鹽的香氣。
請問在只能買到料理米酒的方法下,
可以找到方法使麻油雞更香濃的方法嗎?
或是用花雕高粱取代?
