[問題] 生的蔬菜冷凍再加熱可以嗎?
一般製作保存食物(肉燥、咖哩)都是先加熱再冷凍。
但是如果說換成蔬菜(高麗菜、菠菜之類的葉菜),在不考慮口感的情況下,是不是直接
切好冷凍,到時候直接加熱,會比煮好冷凍再加熱,來的有營養呢?
若是根菜類呢?感覺紅白蘿蔔可以直接冷凍,地瓜、馬鈴薯是不是要先加熱呢??
