[問題] 蒜香雞腿排皮已熟肉沒熟
「爆香」真的是一大罩門,不是沒有香味,就是過頭焦掉@@……蒜頭,香菇,洋蔥都是一
樣~~~
雞腿排也是,皮朝下去煎,皮都已經金黃(幾乎快焦了),裡面的肉還是沒有很熟,
我是鍋子熱後再倒油下去,然後直接煎,請問還是要等油也熱東西再下去嗎?
關於雞腿本身,我是只有去骨,是應該在買的時候就請店家先剖片(像外面雞排店那樣)
,需要拍打嗎(雞肉有在拍打)??
