又覺得好像沒有想像中這麼誇張

8/22試煎鬆餅的時候
煎的顏色不漂亮
後來在書局看了一些食譜書發現了一些秘訣,後來煎的就比較漂亮
煎鬆餅
1.加熱鍋子(平底鍋不用放油也可以)
2.準備濕抹布
3.熱鍋後,關火,鍋子放在濕抹布上約3秒
4.倒鬆餅糊(離鍋子高一點倒麵糊,鬆餅會比較圓)
5.開小火,等到表面有1-3個小氣泡破掉,就可以翻面了
6.翻面後一分鐘,就可以起鍋囉
以上是我覺得易成功的煎法
