[問題] 紅豆餡取代烏豆沙
想請問做蛋黃酥跟月餅
可否用一般紅豆餡取代烏豆沙
想要自製內餡但又覺得烏豆沙太“搞剛”
不知道口感會不會差距很大?
或是有什麼應該特別注意的?
