[問題] 紅蘿蔔跟飯一起煮?
快過年了要準備回家
所以這一陣子一直在清冰箱
目前還有二條大根的紅蘿蔔
之前煮飯會加地瓜 很甜很好吃
但好像沒看過有人加紅蘿蔔?
如果不做任何處理直接跟米一起蒸
會不會有很重的生味啊?
如果要去除生味是要先炒過嗎?
