[問題] 魚湯腥味重
我煮了味增魚湯
裡面加了洋蔥,豆腐,米酒,剝皮魚頭
最後加了味增
水滾後就把魚頭,丟進去煮
但整鍋湯腥味超重
不知道是什麼原因?
還是剝皮魚不適合煮湯?
還是魚頭需要什麼前置作業?
