[問題] 自製美乃滋一些問題
最近在試著自己打美乃滋
比例是
蛋黃 1
糖 40g
油 200g
白醋 15g
鹽 4g
可是總是覺得少了什麼味道
看到可以加奶粉增加奶味
請問什麼牌子的奶粉比較適合拿來打美乃滋?
是看成分 脂肪高的奶味比較重嗎?
哪邊買少量的奶粉?
因為是試味道不用太多
另外我也試著打全素美奶滋
比例是
油 200g
豆腐 75g
糖 40g
鹽 3g
白醋 10g
可是打出來很稀
我主要是要加在三明治
太稀巴不住麵包
太稀的話是再加油就會變硬嗎?

第二種太稀不是油到太快失敗那種稀
大蒜泥會太辣嗎? 我是想加看看蒜粉(還沒試過)
我也有試過
檸檬汁 黃芥末醬 法式芥末醬Dijon mustard
costco的大蒜抹醬 煉乳
味道都不是很喜歡
目前想試看看加奶粉和蒜粉
COSTCO賣的johnny's 大蒜調味粉
