[問題] 生雞胸肉大烤箱溫度 時間疑問
因為健身關係
所以雞胸肉是滿常見的食材
之前都是用電鍋 或水煮
想說換個口感
改用烤箱
只是 烤箱設定120度 烤30分 常常出來就是有部分沒熟
請問大大 生雞胸肉(完全是生肉 沒稍微煎過之類)
拿去大烤箱烤 要設定溫度幾度 時間多長壓?
看爬文友說是200度 20分
