[問題] 求救!漢堡肉超濕
如題!
不曉得是不是嫩豆腐比例加太多,
一開始揉還好好的!也蠻黏的!
最後加一顆雞蛋進去,突然就變得好濕
根本無法塑型!
剛剛煮鍋燒麵當成肉丸煮,居然也會散開,
請問它還有救嗎?
漢堡肉的內容比例
豬絞肉 300g
牛絞肉 150g
洋蔥 2/3顆
紅蘿蔔丁 少許
嫩豆腐 2/3盒
蛋 一顆
鹽 兩匙
後來又補加麵粉跟太白粉各兩匙還是很濕 QQ
