消失了一段時間,
期間內都沒好好做菜,跑去探索烘培世界,
但果然我還是喜歡做菜勝過做甜點啊XDDD"
本人太粗線條了,甜點好嬌貴柔弱…
材料用量沒調整好就整個失敗給你看orz
不像做菜可以很豪邁的東加西加XDD"
先來整理幾個之前做過的甜點好了,
算是自己的甜點路程記錄XD"…

草莓卡士達海綿蛋糕

其實這是模仿costco的草莓千層蛋糕,
但想說外面賣的添加物都很多,
還是來自己嘗試看看好了!
沒想到成功了XD 而且很簡單歐!
香蕉巧克力千層蛋糕

雖然之前做完第一顆千層後,
信誓旦旦的說超麻煩我以後再也不要做千層了!
沒想到我還是一而再,再而三的做千層…
完全是有自虐傾向XDD"……
香蕉跟巧克力真的是絕配啊!!!!

今年的草莓真的很貴…
一直到很後期才敢下手買草莓來做果醬XD
自己做果醬可以控制甜度及酸度,
跟市售的草莓果醬還來得香很多。

做這個真的…手很痛又費時………………
這樣一碗,是15顆甜橙的量…
不過辛苦是有代價的!比外面好吃很多XD

一年前做了人生第一顆蛋糕送給老公,
當初忙的亂糟糟的,
沒想到今年做起來愜意多了,
有練習真的有差XDD"…
不過去年的蛋糕體是用分蛋海綿,
今年的蛋糕體是挑戰戚風。
比起去年應該進步很多XDD"
鮮果冰淇淋盅

因為家裡的水果吃不完,
所以決定做成冰淇淋來一口氣消耗完XD
材料非常簡單只需要水果,鮮奶油,煉乳,
然後每30-60分鐘攪拌一次,連續5次,
就大功告成啦,阿哈哈哈。
不用買冰淇淋機也可以做唷~
這次口味分別是做哈密瓜,香蕉以及芒果,
可以添加一點酒,讓味道更有層次~

每次吃外面的磅蛋糕都覺得不喜歡,
想說自己做會不會讓我對磅蛋糕改觀XD"
結果沒想到檸檬的真的好好吃XDDDD
哈哈哈哈,對,柳橙的我不喜歡XDD"
因為不夠酸XDDD

之前常常聽到這名字但都不知道是什麼,
看了食譜沒想到原來就是這東西啊XDD
就是我最喜歡的卡士達+鮮奶油啊XDDD
這次的蛋糕體是用分蛋海綿+蜂蜜,
整個超~~~~~香!!很推薦!
失敗的小丑服蛋糕

說是蛋糕,其實比較像杏仁蛋白餅,
因為沒有模具,然後我的烤盤又高低不平,
所以烤出來真的很醜………不是圓形啊TAT!
不過味道還是不錯啦XD"
裡面內餡是奶油陷及巧克力奶油餡,
有做減糖,不然歪國人的食譜都甜的超可怕
雖然甜點好像本來就是要吃甜吼XDD"

大概一年只會做3次早餐吧,哈哈哈
難得做早餐當然要假掰一點XDD"
最後,
是千層蛋糕地獄海TAT
其實是因為想說在家有時候無聊,
所以既然做點心是興趣,
那就在網路接點小case來玩玩好了。
不過做的好累TAT~~~
