[問題] 醋漬的食物保存
用masa的食譜做了兩道醋漬的小菜
請問這種可以一次做很多起放著慢慢吃嗎
(譬如一次醃個2-3顆大頭菜這樣)
如果可以的話大概幾天內食用完畢比較好?
冷藏保存還是可以冷凍呢?
