[問題] 南瓜凍沒有凝固,求補救方法
今天把吃不完的南瓜打成泥加了牛奶想做南瓜凍,
用網路上找的方法,差異是他用的是吉利丁我用吉利t,
也可能是我的比例抓錯了。
想請問各位,這樣可以重新加熱再加吉利T嗎?
吉利T是否可以以加熱到沸騰使他溶解?
看網路上說吉利丁不行超過八十度,會有怪味,
吉利T也是嗎?可是我隔水加熱都沒完全溶解,
會不會可能是這步驟錯了呢?
