[問題] Q彈的餛飩肉餡怎麼做?
我和先生都非常喜歡吃苗栗江記的餛飩,
咬下去彈牙又有肉味,覺得超好吃的!!
可是自己包的時候,就是吃起來很鬆散,口感天差地遠,想請問大家到底有什麼小撇步呢?
我的做法:
1.絞肉加紅蘿蔔、青蔥、蛋一顆
2.加鹽、醬油調味
3.摔打到有黏性
