[問題] 咖哩雞的雞肉
之前試過咖哩雞,醬汁做的很滿意,但就是雞肉有點差強人意
看食譜說是用雞胸肉,煎過讓外皮酥脆在放進咖哩醬汁煮
但成品外皮沒有很酥脆就算了,丟進咖裡裡面煮讓肉質老掉
各位有甚麼好建議嗎?
