[問題] 鑄鐵鍋 和鐵鍋的差別?
買了柳宗理的平底單柄 鐵鍋,洗完後也是要烘乾、上油
想請問,鐵鍋和鑄鐵鍋的差別在哪裡?
google有看到文章說,鑄鐵鍋就是鐵鍋,對嗎??
但是鐵鍋升溫很快,鑄鐵鍋升溫很慢
鐵鍋很輕、鑄鐵很重
鑄鐵鍋很適合煎肉排(高溫、蓄熱性佳),那鐵鍋適合嗎?
還看到鐵鍋分成生鐵、熟鐵@@
請問有板友可以解答鑄鐵鍋和鐵鍋之間的差異嗎?
ps.柳宗理的網紋鐵鍋不用開鍋,使用起來很輕、很順手,
又好洗,而且超級不沾,好厲害!
