[問題] 醃酸白菜第五天浮著黑色和綠色的霉

我的方法是完全按照方媽媽食譜

過程中我以為自己處理的很乾淨了,
鍋具都是清洗擦乾,
雙手只要有碰到大白菜的動作都會重新用肥皂洗一遍
不過在撒鹽靜置兩小時後,
我用雙手(也是洗乾淨的)擰了大白菜一下,
把水擠出來再放到甕裡
這個擰了的動作是我擅自主張的
雖然我的手還是乾淨的,
但會不會是因為手的觸碰面積太大
導致污染長出霉點呢?
因為除此之外,回憶之前所有環節
我都十分小心翼翼,真沒有可能出錯的地方
這樣是不是整鍋都要倒掉了?哭
