[問題] 鍋子太熱,蒜頭燒焦
我是鍋子洗乾淨後,鍋熱後倒油,然後丟蒜頭,蔥去爆。常常蒜頭一下去就焦了,這樣一
定是代表鍋子太熱。可是不是說鍋要夠熱再倒油嗎?
想請問大家是鍋子熱後會先關火再放爆香物嗎?要不然要怎麼樣鍋子夠熱然後蒜頭又不會
