[問題] 雞蛋豆腐的煎法
想請問一下
雞蛋豆腐要怎麼煎得表面微硬 而裡面一樣嫩嫩的呢
我常常要馬是一面焦掉
不然就是太軟 一翻就破掉散掉
是要油多 類似用炸的方式嗎
還是用小火 慢慢煎呢
試了好幾次 一直不成功
