[問題] 平底鍋煎牛排後該如何才能清潔乾淨
各位版友好。
最近本人和老婆開始嘗試用平底鍋煎牛排,但總是事後刷不乾淨,都有燒焦的油坧。
鍋具是畢耶的輕礦藍鐵單柄深煎炒鍋28cm
我們的方法是煎完後倒入熱水和小蘇打粉,開火煮水到滾以後關火放涼,水倒掉,接著再
用鋼刷+小蘇打粉直接刷。
但怎麼刷都有焦油坧下不來。
查了資料也都是建議這樣刷,不知道哪裡出了錯。是煮水要久一點嗎?還是煮完後不能放
太久?還是當初煎牛排油要少點或火小點?
