[問題] 蒸蛋加絞肉變成蛋湯
只記得蛋跟水,比例是1:2(用蛋殼量),然後是用熱水,有過篩,上面還有蓋保鮮膜,。
有時成功(大部分都是單純蒸蛋),若是加入絞肉就會變成這樣~~我想就是水分太多~~

想問一下若是放絞肉在底下水分比例要怎麼拿捏蒸起來比較ok啊?
