[問題] 烤年糕不澎

買了超市的日式年糕
150度考20分鐘
烤了10分鐘不膨繼續烤 烤到20分鐘的時候 只有稍稍一點點細微地膨起來
剛拿出來的時候有外硬內軟的口感 但放涼就硬了
好想吃膨膨肥肥的年糕 跪求怎麼烤出胖嘟嘟年糕orz

原來有分 料理新手謝謝大家指點 orz
請問拿來煮湯容易爛掉嗎 想說明早煮湯帶去上班吃 家裡有泡菜可以煮泡菜年糕湯
剛煮好可能不會爛爛的 不過放在鍋子裡一個小時通勤 不知道會不會整鍋糊掉
