[問題] LC鍋 熱鍋遇上冷水
各位好
事情是這樣的,前幾天發現最近LC鍋在特價,因此帶了18吋的白琺瑯圓鍋回家
閱讀了使用說明之後,發現如果鍋子還是熱的時候,不建議使用冷水清洗,避免琺瑯崩裂
又上網看了一些心得,得知這是一個非常嬌貴的鍋子,需要特別的照顧...
綜合了以上的資訊,我開始猶豫,這鍋子到底能不能拿來做滷肉呢?
通常我滷肉的流程是
熱油 -> 炒料 -> 炒肉 -> 放醬油/酒(冷的) -> 放水(冷的)
如果以使用說明上,所說不建議熱鍋放入冷水盆中,那是不是反向來說
上述的滷肉過程也不太適合用lc的白琺瑯鍋呢?
有人有因為這種原因造成琺瑯破裂嗎?
