[問題] 肉骨湯怎麼打掉雜質
小弟煮肉骨湯
照食譜寫的煮 先將肉煎到表面金黃
再加水煮開 有撇去浮沫了
結果湯裡面都是雜質
現在要怎麼去掉雜質?
有用濾紙過濾了
不過雜質好像太多 有點濾不動了
是不是該整鍋重煮QQ
