[烘焙] 一爆溫提早了?
今天烘了同一隻豆.脫水時間溫度都差不多,怎麼一爆從200度提早到190度了?
是因為我把幾粒米機包上鋁箔紙,熱對流加強了的關係嗎???還是今天下雨
天氣熱???
還是說188度,190度,200度,是簡易直火的誤差範圍呀?
