[問題] 綠豆椪的皮
各位大大好
這幾天去試著做綠豆椪
但發現綠豆椪的皮烤好都很硬咧
請問是為什麼呢 奶油加太少了嗎
還是麵團鬆弛的時間不夠呢
奶油我是去全聯冷藏區買的 有分[有鹽和無鹽]的那種
