[問題] 請問考過西點蛋糕丙級的大大
下個月我就要去考西點蛋糕丙級證照了,
因為一部份是自學加上每次的評分標準好像都會改,
有些小問題想請教,
請問
1.泡芙填餡時有規定要填幾g嗎?
2.奶油大理石蛋糕烤完要悶嗎?
3.檸檬布丁派的派皮一開始要用250g還是300g去計算,多出10%麵團是否會扣分?
