[麵包] 家庭土司
我知這個問題很初手,
但我學做土司有一陣子了,一直無做到像麵包店賣的土司那麼細緻柔軟.
朋友一直強調不吃味精,和化學香精的東西. 她一吃就會人不舒服.
昨天她給我一塊土司,強調多好吃又多好吃.
我是有點酸酸的問她..這不是家庭做的吧,是商業產品吧?
果不其然,是商業產品.
我心裡暗自高興,
我猜如果不加一些柔軟精的話,
一般家庭麵包在高油, 加蛋, 或揉麵很好情況下,
是否真能像商業土司一樣細緻?
如果真能做到,我真還要再找出眉角了.
