[問題] 檸檬起司蛋糕上色
大家好,小弟是新手,最近新血來潮想學檸檬起司蛋糕,但烤出來的蛋糕表面都沒辦法很
均勻上色,總是很多焦焦的斑點
6吋食譜:
cream cheese:200g
sugar:48g
egg:2pc
cream:96g
lemon juice:12g
使用水浴法,加入溫水,放置下層,烤箱150度35分鐘,再用180度到上色為止
這是成品,已經試過放到上層或是更低溫,但還是一樣
