[問題] 烤布丁
請教一下各位~
因為家裡有現成的材料
所以心血來潮做了烤布丁
也沒有量比例 烤了大概五十分鐘才凝固 ~
但表面膨脹 我媽說很像發糕嗚嗚
我也等不及它冷卻後冷藏就現吃了幾口
結果裡面卻是一個洞一個洞一個洞((有過篩))
一點都不滑嫩阿!!!!!!!
究竟是哪裡出了問題
我的材料有 鮮奶油 鮮奶 貳沙 威士忌 蛋
可以麻煩各位位我解惑嘛?
