[問題] 半筋半肉牛肉如何變嫩
大家好
我不太會煮飯
婆婆幫我燉了紅燒牛肉
回來後我再加蕃茄跟蕃茄汁下去滾
味道很棒,但是咬的嘴很痠,牙齒痛又塞牙縫
不敢問婆婆
所以想請問版上的神人們
要怎麼調整,肉才能入口即化
或是比較好咬?
