[問題] 一口解決營養又可冷食的東西
男朋友的工作非常忙碌,常常沒有時間吃飯、買飯,往往都是麵包解決,實在令人心疼。
於是我就想做一種,可以一口解決、每一個裡面都營養均衡、可以冷食、可以放口袋隨時
拿一個來吃的東西。
一開始想過飯糰,可是飯黏不住往往會散落一地。
後來又想過小煎包,可是冷了又不好吃。
關於可攜性的部份,想過保鮮膜包一層在外面,想過糯米紙…但還沒有一個定案。
希望做出一口裡面吃得到肉、三種菜、澱粉,可是又不失美味,又方便的東西似乎有點難
,所以來請教大家是否有什麼好建議,謝謝!
