[問題] 煮水餃加冷水用意?

我家煮水餃就是一般煮水餃的方法,水餃浮起來就撈起來可以吃了。
頂多我自己假掰的過個冰水,讓皮QQ的。
但是到男友家吃飯才知道,
他們家的水餃是浮起來之後,直接加冷水到鍋子裡,待滾,再加冷水,再待滾,再加冷水
,再待滾。
反正要加三次冷水待滾才能撈起來吃。
有人知道用意是什麼嗎?
我覺得沒有比較好吃啊......皮破掉爛掉了......
而且他家人都是這樣煮,我男友也不知道為什麼。

我沒吃過男友媽下的水餃。
但是男友和他妹都是這樣下,可能男友比較不會控制,只知道要加三次水,所以皮才破破
