[問題] 如何炒出下料多又能粒粒分明的的炒飯
請問有有什訣竅,每次下料多一點炒出來的飯就會是溼潤的口感
我的順序是
肉先爆香完撈起=>下菜=>下蛋=>
下白飯炒到乾後再把肉倒回去翻個30秒起鍋
常常還是會溼溼的,用隔夜飯也會
還是應該避開那些比較不適合的蔬菜?
像下高麗菜好像就會有飯怎麼炒都炒不乾的感覺
