[問題] 有人知道氂牛起司可以怎麼使用嗎?
上個月從北北印(喜馬拉雅山脈周圍)帶回一些當地人做的氂牛起司乾貨

本來想說可以裝在電動研磨器內,像黑胡椒或岩鹽那樣研磨撒在料理中
但回來之後發現這氂牛起司硬到電動研磨器絞不動
用刀切碎也不實際
想請問有沒有版友了解這項食材,可以分享通常是怎麼入菜食用的,謝謝
