[食譜] 自製蛤仔精
最近我婆婆常在做這道給我家的男人吃
方法超超簡單的啦
就是去菜市場買蜆仔然後泡水一天,等到晚上煮晚飯時
放入大同電鍋煮
記得,蜆仔內完全不用放水,鍋外放個二碗水即可
到時就是超純正的蜆仔精了,全是蜆的精華
喝起來應該不錯喝,冷掉聞起來比較腥而己
不用加鹽喔
