Mozarella is my favorite, and here is one salad recipe for it.
Hope you can use it out before it turn bad :)
sauce:
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
some salt
(please adjust the amount by tasting)
sliced tomatos
basil leaf
sliced mozarella
chopped onion
mix them together & prepare some french bread for it, yummy :D~
