[心得] 油魚---假鱈魚 冏....
昨天買了兩塊鱈魚(90元)
灑點胡椒鹽巴略醃一下
就直接煎了
煎完
才覺得奇怪
怎麼不像以前吃過的鱈魚一樣鬆軟
肉質反而很Q? (但是味道不差)
本以為是因為沒放油乾煎 因此肉質緊縮
但是今天我知道為什麼了............
原來我買到了傳說的假鱈魚 "油魚"
讓我從中午到現在 一直排油.....冏
想請問一下 一般鱈魚市價是多少阿??
我買的一塊大約15公分*7.5公分 厚約1公分
這樣的價格買不到鱈魚嗎??
