[問題] 蝦仁的口感
今天想吃個宮爆蝦仁所以去市場選購蝦仁
買了老闆推薦的胭脂蝦,看起來蠻大包的煮完只剩一點點
我的問題是為什麼自己弄的蝦吃起來都軟軟的,無法像外面買的蝦仁炒飯那樣彈牙
外面買的都白裡透紅,吃起來QQ的
我自己弄的就紅紅的,吃起來軟軟爛爛的
是我買的蝦的品種的問題,還是我料理的問題
小弟是料理新手,誠心發問QQ
