[問題] 烘培時以黑糖取代砂糖
因為這陣子沉迷於烘培料理之中><
但是天天吃還是會有點害怕吃到太多砂糖 覺得對健康不好QQ
想請問如果以黑糖取代砂糖烘培蛋糕餅乾和麵包等等
除了顏色外觀改變 會造成成品失敗或不易成功嗎?
