[問題] 什錦煎餅的製作
最近喜歡吃什錦煎餅,
加蔬菜跟菇類,麵粉跟雞蛋,攪拌後直接下鍋煎,
可是吃起來都覺得少一個味道,
家裡有剩下的洋蔥,加進去也沒多大的改變,
請問要如何增加煎餅的香氣?
適合搭配什麼醬料?
